About the job
- You analyze the technical and functional requirements of the customer in terms of feasibility, and you develop complex IT software solutions based on scrum.
- As a Salesforce software developer, you will be part of an agile developer team and will contribute your skills and knowledge to the conception, development and support of Salesforce projects.
- You will take ownership for user stories, provide effort estimates for customer requirements and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- In software development, you like to break new ground and question the tried and tested. We are happy to offer you the necessary freedom!
Requirements
- You are an empathetic team player.
- A positive, resourceful, and motivated attitude with a learning mindset also loving to share knowledge.
- You are passionate about software development in the backend (APEX and complex flows), you know how to work with entity relationship data models and building queries and you are also familiar with FrontEnd technologies like LWC, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.
- You should also have a high affinity for business topics, especially CRM systems, as well as very good German and good English skills.
- Ideally, you have already been able to gather expert knowledge about Salesforce or even acquire Salesforce certifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as fluency in English. However mainly we are based in Germany so if you know some German, that would be a huge plus!
