One of our clients – famous multinational supermarket chains has initiated a project for the creation of an e-commerce application designed to be rolled-out to 10 international markets (pilot countries USA and Germany). Specifically for this our client, who is entering the Bulgarian market, we are responsible for helping them start the project and hire the needed people for the successful implementation and operations. That is why in the first couple of months you will be employed at diva-e Sofia before becoming a regular employee of our client. We do not want to keep it very mysterious – we will let you know their name during our meeting.

We are currently seeking a Subject Matter Expert for our international "Website Frontend Solution Service" team. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team towards cutting-edge frontend solutions, ensuring functional development, incident, problem and request management, your focus will be to enhance the relevant software solutions are monitored in a proper way and remain in a stable state. 
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights, mentorship, and technical expertise to drive innovation and excellence in our website frontend projects. This role offers a dynamic environment, challenging projects, and the opportunity to be at the forefront of the digital landscape. About the job

  • Support quality assurance through state-of-the-art continuous integration and deployment practices.
  • Ensure implementation quality and performance by adhering to technical standards and guidelines.
  • Create, refine, and update technical product documentation.
  • Utilize ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) to report progress, test status, risks, incidents, and bug fixes.
  • Manage bugs, defects and document relevant insights for continuous optimisation.
  • Review and challenge functional and non-functional requirements and designs for feasibility and best practices.
  • Communicate with internal IT and Business teams as well as external vendors to coordinate project activities.
  • Collaborate with software vendors and international experts to develop efficient solutions and establish best practices.
  • Provide risk and problem management throughout the software lifecycle (design, implementation, further development) for the solution and related interfaces.
  • Conduct, improve and monitor security checks, penetration tests, and code audits.
  • Prepare reports on system performance, vendor SLAs, and support quality KPIs.
  • Engage with third parties for integration and cooperation.

Requirements

  • You are a real team player, able to work autonomously and attentive to details combined with an agile mindset
  • You have previous experience in a similar role, a degree or other relevant qualification with a focus on IT
  • You have knowledge in Project management basics
  • You understand common web technologies (XHTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • You have been working with or have comprehensive knowledge of the programming languages TypeScript, Node.js, NPM, Webpack and Rollup as well as relevant JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular and/or Vue
  • You have Knowledge on Pipelining (Gitlab, Github), Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), Cloudplatforms (Azure and AWS) and Content Delivery Networks
  • You are persuasive and flourish with strong intercultural communicative competence
  • You are high proficient in English. German language knowledge is an advantage.
