Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) in Sofia

The satisfaction of our employees and the recruitment of new colleagues are the primary goals of your work: You're happy when you've been able to fill a vacancy or when the employees at your location are satisfied. As an HR Business Partner, you are very close to your colleagues. Currently, 25 employees work in the international HR team. We work in an agile manner, exchange information across locations and use tools from Personio.

About the job

  • As the main point of contact for our clients, you will lead target group-specific recruiting processes for Tech/Engineering vacancies, from drafting the job advertisement to contract signing, while ensuring an optimal candidate experience.
  • You will identify the right target groups and proactively approach potential candidates (Active Sourcing).
  • You will closely collaborate with various stakeholders, including Hiring Managers on the client side, to ensure an effective recruiting process.
  • You will take ownership of developing and implementing search and staffing strategies.
  • You will analyze new recruiting trends and devise employer branding measures.
  • Additionally, you will create creative job advertisements and coordinate their placement on relevant job portals.


  • You‘re an empathetic team player.
  • We would be happy if you have completed a degree, for example in business administration (with a focus on human resources), psychology or education. However, the most important thing is your Recruiting know-how, your ability to address issues and find solutions independently, as well as your openness to anything new.
  • You have already gained at least three years of professional experience in recruitment in an international company or agency.
  • Active sourcing is one of your strengths and you are able to expand your network, for example via LinkedIn, and always have a good overview of the candidate market. A high level of communication skills as well as intercultural know-how and understanding are essential for this position, as you will regularly work with colleagues and managers from different countries such as Germany, Bulgaria and the US.
  • ⁠You have a high customer orientation and ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • You are willing to travel for recruiting events and also bring the necessary willingness to travel for regular team meetings in Germany. As part of our team, you will be an ambassador for diva-e both internally and externally and represent us as an attractive employer. In doing so, you will convince with your empathetic nature.
  • Very good English skills are a mandatory for this position, German skills are an advantage, but not required.
