About the job
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into visually stunning user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Apply a user-centered design approach to ensure interfaces are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with target audience needs and expectations.
- Work closely with the UX team to create consistent design systems, style guides, and UI patterns that promote a cohesive user experience across multiple platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI design, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with developers during the implementation phase, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect execution of designs.
- Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to clients and stakeholders, addressing feedback and incorporating necessary revisions.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and uphold design standards to deliver high-quality UI designs that exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Proven experience as a User Interface Designer, demonstrating a strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects across various digital platforms.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying user feedback to drive design decisions.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work seamlessly within a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
