More than just an online store for pet supplies
The dog is known to be the human's best friend - and that's how he should be treated! Besides love, respect and a balanced portion of education, food is the first priority. This is the corporate philosophy of the dog and cat food manufacturer Terra Canis.
Since 2005, the Munich-based company has been relying on the highest quality ingredients in food quality and thus leads the pet food market in the premium segment. Since then, not only pet lovers have enjoyed the many creative creations for their four-legged friends, but also the Nestlé Group, which has been supplementing and advancing its pet supplies division with premium products from Terra Canis since 2017.
Before the cooperation with diva-e, the Terra Canis Online Shop was characterised by an outdated technology, which made it difficult to optimally exploit the existing sales potential. The website was not supported by mobile devices and an integration of third party systems could only be realised with very high effort. In 2015, diva-e was assigned to create a new design for the online shop, to implement the replatforming of Oxid eSales on Magento and to expand SEO with the customer. Since then, diva-e has been in charge of the online shop and implemented a variety of new features in its role as Transactional Experience Partner with the customer.
